Tilly is a gorgeous “bit-sa”— Being a pound transfer, we aren’t sure of her breed, but what we do know is that she’s 100% deserving of a lifetime of love.

This sweet little girl loves nothing more than sitting close to you, soaking up your hugs and pats. She’s great with other dogs, though she’ll need a little time and proper introductions to warm up to her new dog friend. Tilly may start off a bit shy, but once she gains confidence, she’s a playful and friendly companion for both people and dogs. Tilly is untested with cats, but as she loves to chase we recommend a cat and pocket pets free home or space for her.

Active and full of energy, Tilly is an excellent walking or running partner—perfect for those who love to stay on the move. She’s also great at entertaining herself when left alone, especially with her toys (and maybe the odd shoe if it’s left out!).

Tilly’s many qualities include loyalty, a love of food, and a busy nature, but come bedtime, she’s all about winding down and sleeping soundly. While she can be a bit protective of her food, separate feeding from other dogs is a simple solution.

She’s still adjusting to different sounds and might jump or bark at something unfamiliar, but once she gets the lay of the land, she settles right into daily life. Tilly also makes sure to let you know when visitors are around—always on alert! Her excitement can be a little overwhelming for very young children unless they’re used to lively dogs, but once Tilly forms a bond, it’s a forever kind of love.
