Meet Daria, a sweet and timid kitty looking for a loving home! She came into care with her mother as a stray from Gympie, and the city life has been overwhelming for her.

To help Daria thrive, she should start in a small area with blocked-off escape routes, allowing her time to settle before exploring larger spaces. Providing scratch posts, cat trees, and cozy hides will create a safe environment for her.

Daria needs a patient adopter who can recognize her shyness. Older children who understand basic cat body language would be ideal. She's curious but a bit unsure about other cats, so a slow introduction is recommended. Daria may also do well with a calm, social dog if interactions are monitored.
