About Mindy
Meet Mindy, an outgoing and happy 2-year-old Jack Russell Terrier who is eagerly waiting to meet her new family! Mindy has an infectious zest for life and a loving nature that is sure to win over your heart. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with people, and she is always ready to shower them with affection. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely stroll or simply relaxing at home, Mindy will be your most loyal and devoted companion.
Mindy is an excellent walking partner who handles the lead with ease, making her an ideal fit for those who enjoy an active lifestyle. Her curiosity and spunky personality mean she is always up for an adventure, and with her by your side, every day is sure to be filled with happiness and discovery. Temperament testing shows that Mindy would be best suited in a home with no other animals as she has shown reactive behaviors towards other dogs.
Please note that due to her lively nature and terrier instincts, Mindy may be tempted to chase cats, requiring careful consideration and preparation if she were to join a multi-pet household. Mindy's joyful spirit and exuberance mean she thrives in an environment where she can shower her people with love and receive plenty of attention in return.
Mindy's unique combination of energy, affection, and loyalty makes her a truly delightful dog, perfect for someone who wants a loving companion and four-legged best friend. If you're ready to welcome an adorable bundle of joy into your life, Mindy can't wait to meet you!

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
