About Jilly - 14 Week Old Cattle Dog X (Trial)
Little Jilly may be the runt of her litter, but what she lacks in size, she makes up for in personality. Jilly is a bright and curious 14-week-old Cattle dog cross with a spark in her eye that shows just how clever and loving she is.
Jilly has been in care with one of her siblings and a resident dog. She is always keen for a play with either, but equally loves a snooze and a snuggle with her people, preferably with her head tucked into the crook of your arm. She is making great progress with her toilet training and is eager to please, particularly when there are treats involved. Jilly is showing an interest in playing fetch and is highly food motivated, which will be handy for her ongoing training. Jilly sleeps soundly in a crate all night and is always bursting with joy when let out in the morning.
While still young, Jilly will need someone who is home often to give her the attention and guidance she needs, but she is an adaptable little pup who will fit into various households as she matures. Like most puppies, Jilly has sharp little teeth, so she'll need supervision around young children, but she is friendly towards everyone she meets.
Jilly will do best with a patient family or individual, possibly with another friendly dog. If you’re looking for an intrepid, sweet, clever little sidekick and can offer her the care and support she needs, Jilly could be the perfect addition to your family!
Jilly's adoption fee is $700 which includes desexing when old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
She is in foster care in Wallsend, NSW. Since not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when 5 to 6 months old.
