About Nalu
Nalu is a high-energy, playful dog with a heart full of love, ready to fill your home with joy!
Her journey hasn’t been easy; she was used for breeding and discarded when her puppies were just eight weeks old.
Nalu thrives on companionship with her human family or furry friends. This spirited girl is always up for a game of wrestling or a sprint around the yard, making her the perfect addition to an active family.
Nalu gets along great with other dogs, engaging in playful wrestling and zoomies. While she might be a little selective in listening to their cues, she responds well when told to back off. Although she hasn't been tested with cats, she's likely to chase them without proper introductions. She adores kids and is quick to adjust her behaviour when around them, even though she can be jumpy. Friendly with everyone, Nalu loves meeting new people, though she may jump if she feels ignored.
At night, Nalu sleeps outside in her pen when the weather is nice, on the couch, or in her bed. During the day, she enjoys both indoor and outdoor time, exploring the yard and relaxing in the house. She can handle being alone for about five hours a couple of times a week, although she prefers company.
In terms of training, Nalu knows how to sit and is learning to lie down, but she can be a bit stubborn at times. She's excellent with toilet training and goes outside immediately when let out. While she pulls on the lead—incredibly when excited —she requires at least 5-foot fences, as she loves to jump and explore if given the chance.
Secure fencing is a must!
She has a playful spirit, loves water, enjoys digging in her sandpit, and is just starting to play with soft toys. One of her endearing quirks is how she loves to wrap her legs around you for cuddles, always seeking closeness and affection.
Nalu would thrive in a home where she has plenty of outdoor activities and family engagement. A family that enjoys spending time outdoors or has a farm lifestyle would be ideal for her. With dedicated training, she has the potential to excel in dog sports.

Please ensure all corresponding documentation, such as vet work for existing animals & lease agreements are provided with the completed application to avoid any delays
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will pass your contact details onto the carer and they will liaise with you to arrange a meet & handover. Prior to the handover, an adoption contract will be emailed to you along with copies of vet work & our bank details. The signed adoption agreement & payment of the adoption fee is required prior to the animal leaving with you. We offer a two-week trial period, and the full adoption fee, minus an administration fee will be refundable if the adoption is cancelled within those two weeks.
