Hello it’s me, Acai! Named for the trendiest treat on the block I’m a sweet girl looking for a soft serve into my furever home.

I’m very new to this pet thing and I’m in search of a human who has lots of time, love, patience and treats to help me come out of my shell and enjoy life to the fullest.

While I'm very well behaved around other dogs, I'd prefer not to live with one - please let me be your one and only. I don’t want to be learning too many things at once, so nothing scary like stairs or a chaotic schedule please. Some human brothers or sisters might be ok if they are older and know to handle me with care!

I don’t need much, a soft bed, tasty food, a warm home and no surprises. If you like routine and everything in order, I’m your girl!

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
