She can be a little shy in new environments, but once she feels safe, she warms up quickly and becomes very social and affectionate, often leaning in for pats and cuddles. Loud noises and sudden changes may startle her, so she will need a calm and gentle introduction to new people and places. Pearl would thrive in a quiet home with a gentle doggy friend to help her build confidence. She needs to meet other dogs at adoption to ensure a good fit.
