About Lenny
Meet Lenny, the ultimate Collingwood cat who's ready to win over your heart!
This black and white superstar is the perfect match for any Magpies fan looking to add a little footy spirit to their home. With his striking coat and mesmerizing eyes, Lenny has all the charm and flair of a true champion.
His friendly personality makes him a hit with other cats, so he'll be a great teammate for any feline companions you already have.
Lenny would love a home where he can be part of the action, especially during game nights when the AFL is on. Picture him curled up on the couch, keeping a watchful eye on the TV as you cheer on the Pies together. When it's not game time, he enjoys hanging out with his family and would be more than happy to share a pillow at bedtime once he's had time to settle in and find his place.
Respectful kids who understand the importance of giving him space at first will soon find themselves with a new best friend who's always up for cuddles. With his beautiful personality and Collingwood colors, Lenny is ready to be your new MVP-Most Valuable Pet!
To book a meet and greet with Lenny please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
