Luke

Hi, my name is Luke and I was born 10 July 2024. My back story is pretty sad as I was rescued with my brother, Larry, from a bad colony situation. But I don't let that worry me because I was rescued and I no longer have to worry where my next meal is coming from or finding a warm, dry, safe place to sleep. Now I can just be a kitten and have fun and play and eat and sleep.

And I love to play! I'm learning all about toys and I think they are great! I'm also learning that humans can be wonderful and loving and I give my foster mumma big purrs in appreciation when she pats and cuddles me.

While I have a microchip, I have only been half sterilised. This is because when the vet went to do me, one of my testicles was way up in my abdomen and he decided to give me a few more months growing, giving it a chance to drop a bit, before removing it. The other testicle has gone however. Pawprint Foundation will arrange for and pay for the completion of the sterialisation but my new family will have to realise that I need to be keep extra specially safe until it is done. While it should be done before I get active and know what the girlie cats are, it will be close so I need to be kept safe and away because I'm too young to become a daddy!
