About Chicken Schnitz
Hi! I’m Chicken Schnitz and I am the most affectionate gal you will ever meet. My favourite things in the whole world is getting head scratches, pats and hanging out with my humans.
I have the most spectacular calico coat with giant patches of black, white and ginger.
My foster ma says that I am aggressively affectionate because when she gets home I charge at her with happiness and body slam into her for pats. I’m very talkative and love to tell you when I’m happy with little chirps.
I’m looking for a foster home who will shower me with as much unconditional love that I will give you. If you work from home, I would be super stoked, but will be fine on my own during the day if there are lots of things for me to explore and lots of cuddles when you get home.

Completing this application form does not place you under any obligation to adopt.
Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee, minus $50 (admin fee), will be returned via bank transfer. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place.
3. The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 2 hr round trip). If prior arrangement is made, an Adoption Contract must be signed in full and payment must before collection of the pet.
