Zuko - 9 Week Old Staffy X

Meet Zuko, an adorable 9-week-old Staffy cross with a sleek, beautiful black coat, a charmingly stocky build, and the most handsome, kind eyes. Zuko has a calm and chill demeanor, though sometimes a bit cautious, but with some gentle encouragement, you'll see a brave pup emerge!

After a playful romp, he loves nothing more than relaxing on the couch. He's not fazed by cats, gets along great with our older, extra-large dog, and has even been around chickens and horses with no chase response! Zuko is a well-rounded pup with a great temperament. Zuko will grow to be a medium sized doggo and will need a suitable sized yard and family who is committed to his exercise and enrichment.

Weather extremes, whether it's too hot or too cold, can be a bit much for him, so he'll appreciate a cozy space to retreat to. Currently, he's used to a mix of inside and outside living, with crate training going smoothly—he’s already making it through the night without any accidents!

Zuko's adoption fee is $700 which includes his desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.

Zuko is in foster care in Shortland, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when he's 5 to 6 months old.
