Buddy's new home will have

- People home often.
- A family that wants/needs lots of loving from him.
- A family that is looking for a dog to take on outings with them, he doesn't want to be left home all the time, he loves you too much.
- A family that are happy with a big, strong, 34kg dog.
- To be allowed inside when his people are home, with a yard to sniff around in.
- To be allowed to sleep inside of a night either in a crate or dog bed.
- Continued training to improve his lead walking, so its easy to take him on family outings.

Please meet Buddy. Buddy is super friendly to all and is a happy guy. Some might say he is a little too friendly or needy, but others say he is a very enthusiastic 34 kg weighted blanket. When you sit on the couch, he just can’t get close enough, he like to get every part of his body that is possible touching you. Buddy wants to be a part of everything you are doing, if you are putting washing in the machine, he wants to be in between you and the machine, if you are working on the computer he wants his head on your knee, if you are relaxing outside, he wants be on you, after he has given his desired amount of affection he will find a spot close to you and lay on the floor.
Although Buddy’s main aim in life is to be with you, he is happy outside spending time sniffing around. He is very excited around other dogs, and his play is rough, he tries to bull doze them over or jump on top of them, if there is another dog in the home they will need to be of the size and weight that can take Buddy’s play, and enjoy his style.
Buddy loves the car and going with you whenever he can. He is very strong on the lead and will need continued training to walk on lead so that he can go with you. He is currently walking on a head halti with good results.
Buddy has a great temperament with no aggression even when dogs bark in his face, he doesn’t have a mean bone in his body, but can’t live with cats as he loves to chase them, trying to give them love.
Buddy will not be suited in a home with children under 12 as he just doesn’t understand his weight and strength and loves them too much, he may accidentally hurt them with his enthusiastic hugs.
Buddy is crate trained but just as happy not being crated.
