Kelly Cluckson

Kelly Cluckson and her best friend, Amy Henhouse, were sadly dumped in a park. They have come to our shelter to find a new home. They are still a bit scruffy after their rescue and impound days, but wont take long for those feathers to straighten.

Both chickens have been wormed and parasite treated, but look to be in great condition. Clearly having been pets, they are quite friendly. Kelly (brown chook) in particular, seems very used to hand feeding, and will indeed peck at your hand at any opportunity. Not the least bit painful, quite funny to me, but perhaps could be scary for little kids. If you've ever seen those chickens taught tricks, such as playing a piano, Kelly would be the perfect student. She shows quite an intelligence, and focus.

For anyone that knows my shelter, will know that I tend to fall in love with every chicken that arrives, and they eventually move into my ever-increasing flock. So, this is a limited time opportunity to adopt these girls. Wait too long, and I wont be able to part with them. Chickens are just so awesome! Each has their own personality and features. I can tell Amy and Kelly are special ladies! They are only available as a pair.
