Sonny is a sweet, slightly shy boy with a calm nature and a wonderfully oddball streak that makes him endlessly entertaining to have around. He’s one of those cats who always seems to find the weirdest (and cutest) positions to sleep in—and just watching him go about his day is half the fun of having him around.

Sonny may not be a lap cat, but he’s incredibly affectionate in his own quiet way. He adores chin scratches, belly rubs, and tailbone scratches, and nestling his nose into you.

He’s got a playful side, too. Shadows, light reflections, pens, laundry, and even air can turn into toys when Sonny’s in the mood. He’ll chase a laser, wrestle with a mouse toy, or try to catch your computer’s mouse cursor like it’s prey. And yes—he’s been known to fish clothes out of the laundry basket just to nap in them.

Sonny also gets along well with cats, dogs, and kids, and he has a funny habit of copying other pets like an eager little brother. When he’s not exploring or snoozing in a box or cat tower, you’ll likely find him lounging in a sunny window, quietly watching the world go by and looking adorable while doing it.

He might take a little time to warm up, but once he does, Sonny’s calm presence, quirky habits, and fun-to-watch personality make him a lovable and low-maintenance companion—especially for a relaxed, multi-pet household.
