About Mr. Biscuit
Meet Mr. Biscuit, a 4-year-old Staffy mix with a heart full of love to give. This sweet, timid boy takes a little time to warm up to new people and environments, but once he does, he bonds deeply with his humans. Biscuit is a classic “velcro dog,” always wanting to be close to his person, and often sees himself as a lap dog despite his sturdy build.
Because of his strong attachment, Biscuit can sometimes become protective or jealous when other dogs or children are around, especially when it comes to receiving attention. For this reason, Biscuit is best suited for a quiet home without kids or other pets. He would thrive in a one- or two-person household where he doesn’t have to compete for affection and can form that tight, special bond with his new family.
Though he’s on the smaller side, closer in size to an English Staffy, Biscuit’s personality is huge once he feels safe and loved. While he’s a bit shut down in the shelter, with a patient and understanding owner, we’re confident Biscuit will come out of his shell and become the affectionate, loyal companion he longs to be. If you’re looking for a dog who just wants to be your one and only, Biscuit might be the perfect fit.

Adoption details
We are not open to walk ins, appointments by booking only. All households members must be present before we can adopt an animal out.
As our goal is to adopt animals out from the shelter into loving homes as fast as possible, multiple bookings may be made for the same animal.
We are not able to hold any animals for any reason.
As such, there is a possibility that the animal you may have found a forever home before your appointment. If this is the case we will inform you by phone call as soon as possible.

For serious enquires we are able to accommodate to outside our normal appointment hours if we have notice. Please call us to arrange a time.
