About Gabe The Destroyer
Meet Gabe The Destroyer, an exuberant 1-year-old male Kelpie/Dachshund mix with a personality as big as his name. Gabe is bursting with energy and brings the best of both breeds to the table—intelligence, playfulness, and dedication. Despite his fearsome moniker, Gabe has a heart full of love and an adorable knack for transforming into "Gabe the Snuggler" once his energy is spent.
Gabe is an energetic playmate who thrives in active households where children can join him in games of fetch with his beloved tennis balls or a lively game of chase. His small size means he can coexist with kids, and he's accustomed to sharing his space with other dogs that match his spirited personality. Gabe is all about channeling that vivaciousness into constructive outlets—a tired Gabe is a happy Gabe, after all! With the right amount of play and stimulation, he shifts gears into a cuddly companion.
While he has a tendency to be a bit of a rascal if he isn't given enough to do, Gabe is eager to please and easily adaptable to a family who can provide the exercise and attention he craves. Adoption details
We are not open to walk ins, appointments by booking only. All households members must be present before we can adopt an animal out.
As our goal is to adopt animals out from the shelter into loving homes as fast as possible, multiple bookings may be made for the same animal.
We are not able to hold any animals for any reason.
As such, there is a possibility that the animal you may have found a forever home before your appointment. If this is the case we will inform you by phone call as soon as possible.

For serious enquires we are able to accommodate to outside our normal appointment hours if we have notice. Please call us to arrange a time.
