Brownlow

We have chosen the name Brownlow for this delightful young boy because he truly embodies the spirit of a champion. Brownlow is not just any dog; he is a remarkable canine who checks off an impressive number of qualities that make him a strong contender for the title of the perfect pooch. This stunning Labrador x , possesses a beautiful nature and a gentle demeanor that endears him to everyone he meets.
When it comes to interacting with humans, Brownlow is an absolute charmer. He adores people and is a sweet, friendly boy who loves being part of a family. He enjoys spending time with his human companions, and although he occasionally gets a bit excited and jumps up, it is never excessive. Brownlow thrives on attention, whether it’s a cuddle, a pat, or a gentle brush, and his happiness is evident in the enthusiastic wagging of his tail. He has been around children of primary school age and has shown no issues, making him a wonderful addition to a family with kids.
In terms of his interactions with other animals, Brownlow has a calm and non-confrontational personality. He has visited the local dog park and had a great time playing with new friends. From our observations, he tends to have a more submissive nature when around other dogs, which makes him easy to get along with. However, he has not been tested with cats or other small pets, so his behavior around them remains unknown.
As for obedience and training, Brownlow is still a young boy who is in the process of learning his obedience commands and manners.
We are looking for a family that is willing to continue his training to help him reach his full potential. He already knows basic commands like sit, bed, and wait, and he is an intelligent boy who is eager to learn more.
Brownlow is quite independent and is content to be outside during the day. He rarely barks and is capable of entertaining himself. Being a pup, he enjoys playing with his toys and sometimes finds things to chew on, like cardboard. We have not observed any other destructive issues with him.
Some of Brownlow’s favorite things include spending time with people, playing with other dogs, receiving cuddles, and going for walks.
Inside the home, Brownlow is well-behaved and is not left unsupervised. He occasionally likes to explore what’s on the kitchen bench but generally enjoys being inside when his human family is home.
When it comes to car travel, Brownlow is not particularly fond of getting into the car, but once inside, he travels well without any issues.
In terms of sleep and hygiene, Brownlow is toilet trained and sleeps on his doggy couch or the floor at night in the designated dog zone at his carer’s home, where he has access to the outside for toileting if needed.
Brownlow requires regular exercise and enrichment to keep him happy and healthy. He loves his daily walks and enjoys sniffing around the park. As a reasonably active boy, he will need to be exercised regularly to ensure he remains content. Brownlow walks well on lead, not overly strong
The ideal home for Brownlow would be one that is loving and kind, with a family prepared to invest time and effort into continuing his training. A home with dog-savvy school-aged children would be perfect, and he would do well either with a female doggy friend or as a single dog. A home with a yard is essential, as apartment living will not be considered suitable for Brownlow
