Buddy

Buddy is one of our senior dogs. At 9 years of age he has found himself looking for a new home where he can live happily in his senior years.

Buddy is a real snuggle bunny, loves to just be with you and doing what you are doing. He will follow you everywhere you go. It is preferable that his new home does not have any stairs - just to help his mobility. Buddy is not a high energy dog and would prefer to have quiet days on his bed at your feet, although he does like to chase a ball - just a little bit.

He is currently at his foster home with another dog and they get along fine. He really loves his daily walks and once home and settled, will happily spend the day quietly on his bed.

Buddy came into rescue very very overweight and his foster mum has worked hard and he has lost over 10kg. It is very important that Buddy continues to keep losing his weight and can maintain a small amount of exercise.

He is looking for his loving family right now. We think his best home would be an only dog to a retired person or someone who is home all the time.
