Hugo

Say hello to Hugo! A sweet goofball who is oblivious to his size and his gangly legs! This lovely boy wants to be by your side or have humans around. If you are sitting down, he likes to lie near you, beside you or on you. However, if you are out in the backyard, he is happy to just wander around and do his own thing, knowing you're close. He is learning to walk well on a lead, and with treats, he is quickly learning to sit, stay, and come. His life before being rescued was outside, so he is still learning to hold his bladder inside. If you watch for his cues, he will turn in a circle to let you know he needs to go. Hugo enjoys the company of other dogs and plays well while often exciteable. He has also met a number of cats, and if they are confident, he listens when put in his place. Hugo needs training and lots of love, but he is worth it, and with consistency, you'll have the worlds best sidekick! How can you say no to that face!

Even though we are based in Carnarvon, we have animals located in various locations and we can assist with some transport within Western Australia. Please check location of each animal before applying.
