About Rex
Loveable dork! Rex is a 1 year old male tan kelpie. Rex loves his people very much. He would love to spend all day everyday by your side.
He is a big dork and so much fun to have around, he’ll have you laughing with his silly antics and expressions.
Rex gets on well with other dogs, plays nicely, shares toys well and has shown no signs of resource guarding. He gets in his crate easily and sleeps through the whole night. He walks reasonably well on the lead and is quick to pick new things up, he just wants to do the right thing and make you happy!
Rex was quite nervous when coming into foster care and has taken a few weeks to come out of his shell, he will need some time, patience and care in his new home as he learns the boundaries and to trust you and feel safe. He also will need plenty of mental stimulation being a working breed dog.
Rex is a gorgeous boy with so much love to give! His people will be very lucky indeed.

To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
