it is my absolute pleasure to introduce one of the most amazing cats i have ever met! please take a moment to bask in the wonderment that is esmeralda!

why is she so special?, i hear you ask! well i'm afraid i can't really explain that, but what i can tell you is that every single person that has met esmeralda since she has been in my care has uttered the exact same words - there is just something about that cat!

esmeralda was found in the garage of a lovely lady, who upon seeing what a disheveled state she was in, set about feeding, worming and caring for her as best she could, within the constraints of having a cat of her own who was unfriendly towards es, and young children that kept her very busy. It soon became clear to this lady however, that es was in fact pregnant, and she knew she was not in a position to care for her and her babies, so she set about finding a nurturing environment for esmeralda to give birth and raise her babies in. It was my honour and pleasure to provide this for es, and less than a week after arriving at my home, she gave birth to 4 beautiful, healthy babies, which she is doing an incredible job of raising. Esmeralda is only a baby herself, estimated to be approximately 12 months of age, and once she has completed her motherly duties, she will be looking for an exceptional home to live a life of love and affection that she so utterly deserves. It is unclear if esmeralda ever had a home, before being found in that garage, but what is clear is that she will make for a very lucky person or family, the most divine companion and friend. When you speak to es, she looks at you with those amazing eyes as if she understands every word you're saying. I know that sounds a bit crazy, but she is truly the most intuitive cat i have ever come across. Esmeralda will continue to care for her babies until mid to late april, and i will continue to add updates to her profile in relation to her temperament and personality once her motherly hormones have settled, but i have no doubt she will only grow more and more desirable as a pet, a companion and a friend. I am listing esmeralda now because i would very much like to have her forever home ready for her once she has raised her babies, and would encourage you, if you think that home might be with you, to get in touch to arrange to meet es. Once her future home has been secured, her very lucky new family will be welcome and encouraged to visit es while she is finishing her mothering, to allow for a smooth transition to her new home. I can assure you that after meeting esmeralda, you too will be saying there is just something about that cat!
