Camphor captures your heart from the moment you meet her. Her cuddles are deep and warm, knowing she has a safe place to be after her rough start in life. She prefers a slow start in the morning, taking a little while for her body to put itself together after a full night’s sleep. Toilet trained, learning quickly on the lead, starting to sit, with the beginnings of ‘stay’.

She is great with the cat and has just learnt how to play with her mentor dog. Her energy levels sit at the low to medium, making her a beautiful companion to share your house with. She does show some suspicion around some males, but with the right approach and a dog savvy male, friendships are possible. Camphor would be best suited in a home where she doesn’t have to spend long periods of time alone or outside and with dog savvy people able to take her next steps in training. She is super smart and a quick learner but does need clear and consistent cues to make her the lass she is destined to be.

Puppies need families that are prepared to help them become the best dogs
they can be. That means lots of company, socialisation, training, exercise,
enrichment and love. Being so young they will adapt to most households but
will need either another dog friend or a human home for most of the time
while they settle into their new homes. We recommend all puppies go to
puppy school so that they (and their owners) can learn all about manners and
how to help a dog adjust to their new homes.
