About Rose
Meet Rose or Rosie Posie!
She's a very smart and curious girl who just wants as much love as you can give. Keep the cuddles and smooches coming, and don't stop!
She is always up for a play or a pat. As she's a smart cookies, she thrives with some daily mental stimulation like a puzzle or a long lasting chew! She doesn’t require lots of physical exercise, but plenty of activities to keep her sharp mind engaged. She would have fun bonding with some further training too as she'll catch on quick.
Rose's perfect home is someone who is home for say half the week or more, she just wants to be with her people and included in the family! She would lo a small backyard or courtyard to run as she gets zoomies, usually in the afternoon.
Rose loves nothing more than a bed in the sun, chews, chicken nuggets and a good cuddle. She would love nothing more than to be a part of your family!

STEP 1 – ENQUIRE & EOI FORM:

If the greyhound you have applied for is unavailable or unsuitable, we can match you with a more suitable greyhound. We may have a hound in foster care who might be well suited to your family.
STEP 2 – LET'S CHAT:
We'll phone you to discuss suitability, clarify any points of your application and chat process and next steps.
STEP 3 – HOUSE CHECK & MEET + GREET:
We'll come to you! The meet + greet is conducted at the same time that a house check is carried out. The meet + greet is the day that your newly adopted greyhound will be able to stay on with you.
Our adoption fee is $375.00 and must be paid on on the day of the meet + greet, and prior to starting your 3 week trial. Support from our team is freely available. If you have any issues, we urge you to contact us to try and work through them, as all rescue greyhounds have some period of adjustment.
If after the 3 week trial, you feel that you need to return the greyhound, we will refund your adoption fee (less a $50 administration fee), upon return of the dog and all paperwork and other items that the dog was adopted with.
All of our hounds are adopted out with the following:
> Collar, lead & coat
> Certificate of sterilisation & vaccination
> Flea & worm treated
> Care information for your newly adopted greyhound
> Access to our private Facebook page for foster carers, volunteers and adopters of our hounds. A community with invaluable advice and support.
