Bear (affectionately known as "mr haveachat") is a delightful 7. 5yr husky boy. He's incredibly friendly and frequently loves to voice his thoughts and opinions. Bear would make a wonderful new member in any family that enjoys a lot of interaction with their dogs and would be willing to include him in daily activities and adventures. **notes from his handler at the shelter***
"tested him today with with a female dog smaller than him (small staffy) and he was beyond fine. . . Albeit anxious to mark his territory in the beginning! he's fine with his kennel mates on either side with no issues walking back to his kennel. He is so balanced his carer does not believe he would have any issues with either sex. He enjoyed walking side by side with another dog and although keen to explore the yard he was not overly pulling on his lead. Re basic training did not test that - i've told him a few time to "sit" in his kennel but he's more interested in complaining about his plight. He's not constantly at you for attention, but feel he'd be best suited with someone (human or canine) that would keep him stimulated. He may be older but he's got years more life in him! a darling boy (ak)"*
