Meet Boris (m/15months) Location: Yankalilla area, SA

This sweet boy is in DESPERATE NEED of a new home. He’s been living as an outside dog, often left alone for long periods. What Boris really wants is to be an inside dog, curled up close to his humans.

Boris is a natural bobtail. He is full of playful energy and has all the quirky Boxer traits that make him so loveable.

He is great with kids, but his bouncy nature means he could unintentionally knock over little ones.

Boris has lived on acreage and would do best in a rural setting, on acreage or a very large block. However, he isn't suited to homes with livestock as he loves to chase them – not to harm, just to chase & play in his exuberant Boxer style.

It’s important to note that Boris needs secure fencing or a secure area because when left alone, he has a knack for jumping fences.

Boris would benefit with some additional training. He needs a strong, Boxer-experienced leader who can provide structure and set boundaries, ensuring that Boris understands who’s the boss.

Overall, Boris is a gentle and sweet natured boy who would thrive with a female furry friend (after a successful meet-and-greet) to help him learn the ropes – sorry, no cats!
