We at Home2Home believe everyone deserves the joy that cat guardianship brings! We love seeing wonderful cats matched with loving adopters, and we don’t want adoption fees to be a barrier to you bringing a loving cat into your heart and home. So if Ben sounds like the cat for you, we ask you to nominate your own adoption fee amount. There is no minimum or maximum amount required, and all adoption fees continue to fund PetRescue’s life-saving programs that support pets and people!
Looking for a spirited and playful companion? Ben’s your guy! This charming feline has energy to spare and a heart full of love. He’s always on the go—whether he’s exploring his surroundings, play-wrestling with other cats, or keeping an eye on his favourite humans, Ben’s zest for life is truly contagious.
Ben has a unique twist that makes him even more special—he’s deaf (or hard of hearing), but that doesn’t slow him down one bit! His cheerful chirps and quirky vocalisations will keep you entertained, and you’ll love how calmly he explores his world. Plus, without loud noises to worry about, Ben is a champion napper who can sleep soundly just about anywhere.
When he’s not busy investigating or chasing after toys, Ben’s favourite thing to do is snuggle. He’s all about quality time and will happily follow you around, curl up on your lap, or gently nudge you for extra attention. Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
Home2Home currently operates a ‘pay what you choose’ system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose an adoption fee amount that is suitable for them. All adoption fees are used to support PetRescue's life-saving programs, including Home2Home.
