About Alyssa
Alyssa is a sweet and gentle soul ready to start her new chapter in life. Recently released from a research facility, this gorgeous Foxhound is now looking for a loving foster or forever home where she can finally relax and be her true, goofy self.
Alyssa is best suited to being an only dog at home—she absolutely adores her humans and doesn’t like to share! But don't worry, she’s dog-friendly when out and about, so play dates in a neutral location are definitely on the cards. With her playful spirit and charming personality, Alyssa will bring laughter and joy into any room she enters.
This loyal and loving girl isn’t a fan of kids or cats, but she’s more than happy to curl up on the couch and share her warmth with you. Secure fencing is a must, and no off-lead time outside of her yard, as the world is still very new and sometimes a bit overwhelming for Alyssa. She’s still learning, but with patience and love, she will continue to blossom.
Alyssa must sleep indoors, where she feels safe and comfortable, and she's sure to claim her spot on the comfiest piece of furniture in the house. If you're looking for a gentle, funny, and loyal companion who will brighten your days and snuggle up with you on the couch at night, Alyssa is the one for you.
