Salad is a charming and affectionate rabbit who has been fortunate to spend most of his time in a loving foster home. He originally arrived at the shelter as an owner surrender alongside his friend Potato, forming the adorable duo "Potato Salad." However, it quickly became clear that Salad wasn't a fan of Potato's clingy and energetic nature. As a result, Salad is best suited as a solo bunny, where he can fully enjoy his own space and the undivided attention of his human companions.

Salad is an incredibly social bunny who thrives on interaction. He absolutely loves being stroked and brushed, often chattering his teeth in delight-a clear sign of his contentment. While Salad enjoys his quiet downtime during the day, he truly comes to life in the evenings. Whether it's hopping onto the sofa to join you for a TV show or nudging you for some attention, Salad loves to be part of the action.

Though he prefers to sleep in his cozy tunnel within his enclosure, Salad also adores free-roaming the home and exploring his surroundings. He has a playful habit of hiding in a favourite corner or dark spot, only to magically reappear at the sound of his pellets being shaken or the rustling of the salad bag. For enrichment, Salad enjoys searching for pellets in his snuffle mat and tossing around a toilet roll filled with treats. He's especially fond of homegrown wheatgrass, dill, and parsley, and will happily jump on your lap if you're offering his favourite treats like apple, mandarins, or pellets.

Salad's easy-going nature makes him the ideal bunny for someone who may be out during the day but will shower him with love and attention when they come home. His independent yet affectionate personality means he's perfectly content spending time alone but will eagerly seek out companionship when you're around.
