About Bluey
Meet handsome Bluey!
A much-loved family pet who, through unfortunate circumstances, finds himself in shelter. This beautiful lad would fit into most homes & longs to be part of a family again.
Cattle dogs are an iconic breed, known to be intelligent, energetic & intensely loyal to their guardian. Originally bred for herding, it is always a good idea to research your chosen breed to get a clear picture of breed behaviour traits & possible personality styles.
Bluey already has some basic training & walks really nicely on his lead, he is a pleasure to walk & will trot along happily by your side. He is an easy-going guy who interacts well with other dogs that he meets.
He is toilet trained & keeps his kennel pretty spotless!
He has lived with children & enjoyed their company. We would be open to families with dog-savvy kids & suggest that all family members come in to meet Bluey prior to adoption.
Our Bluey is a really awesome young guy & we are looking for a home where he won't have too much alone time. Although he does settle well in his pen, he is much happier when hanging out with his favourite people & being involved in all the fun stuff!
We know that Bluey will make an excellent companion & lifelong friend. He is waiting for you at the shelter right now :)
