About Lucy
If you’re looking for a dog with a heart full of love and a playful spirit, then look no further! Sweet-natured Lucy is ready to become the cherished companion of a loving family. This gentle and friendly cuddle bug has a way of making everyone smile, whether she’s romping around the yard or curled up contentedly by your side.
Lucy loves to be in the middle of the action and would thrive in a lively home where she’s included in daily activities. She’s happiest when she’s part of a family and loves kids. In fact, she’s known to sit and wait patiently for pats and attention wherever she goes! With a soft spot for other canine companions, Lucy enjoys making new friends—both big and small.
Her favourite things? Walks, food, and snuggling in your lap. Lucy’s days include three strolls with her human, and she’d love to keep up this active lifestyle. After an energetic outing, you’ll find her napping peacefully right next to you, her quiet presence a constant reminder of her love and loyalty.
Due to some noise sensitivities, a home in a quieter suburb or a less built-up area would suit Lucy best. While she does have some anxiety around loud sounds like traffic, Lucy’s curiosity and eagerness to please mean she’ll adapt well with the right support and environment. She’s also quite the adventurer —so secure fencing is a must.
For her ideal home, Lucy dreams of being part of a big, active family that loves or understands her breed's unique qualities and where there is always someone around to keep her company. If she could live with another dog who is compatible with her, then that's just a dream come true.
Lucy's adoption fee includes a post-adoption consultation with a qualified and approved trainer. This consultation will provide you with expert guidance to help Lucy transition into her new home, ensuring a happy and harmonious life together.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
