About Maggie
Introducing Maggie!
Maggie is a Boxer x born approx 19th March 2024.
Maggie was brought in to us as an unmicrochipped stray & unfortunately no one came looking for her. Even though she is a Boxer x, Maggie is quite a small girl with small feet, so we're only expecting her to be a medium sized dog and much smaller than your typical pure bred Boxer.
Maggie is a super sweet girl who is incredibly playful & affectionate with everyone she meets.
When Maggie came in to us she had no manners whatsoever, but she's been working very hard on learning basic commands. She is incredibly food motivated, so she's always excited to do her training.
Maggie tested well with other dogs and is very playful with them. If you have another dog at home, we will need to do a meet & greet with them to ensure they get along before going home.
Maggie seemed unfazed by cats & pocket pets.
*Please note that our cat & pocket pet testing is done through an enclosure & we cannot guarantee any of our animals reaction to free roaming animals.
Being a pup, she will be easily trainable and these loyal dogs love to please their owners.
Like every pup, Maggie will thrive with early socialisation and exposure to many different people, sights, sounds, and experiences will ensure she grows to be a well rounded lady.
She still has so much to learn about the world and life and would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family. Maggie will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Maggie's adoption fee is $600 and includes her desexing & lifetime registration. Maggie is also regularly treated for flea and worms and has recently had her first vaccination.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
