About Ollie - 50624
Ollie is a unique Staffy boy; shy, wary and standoffish with new people, these are uncommon Staffy traits. This could possible to put down to a little bit of a chequered background. However the progress and confidence already witnessed at GAWS has been very encouraging. Ollie requires a calm, quiet home without pets and children to receive TLC, confidence and positive guidance. Ollie walks well on lead, is happy in his own space, bonds to people he trusts and has a hidden playful side. Ollie can interact with social dogs but will prefer a home alone so he can focus on bonding with his new people. He will require a slow patient home, with plenty of personal space, to help him practice just being a dog.
Medical notes
Ollie has a congenital deformity of his spine that makes his spine curve a little funny. This has no ongoing treatment other than care for possible osteoarthritis as he ages.

Please note it is compulsory that we meet any existing dogs with the GAWS dog of interest to help ensure a good match for all involved. In addition, all household members are required to attend the meet and greet to assess the dog's interaction.
