About Ginge
Meet Ginge, a truly beautiful and big kitty with a heart as warm as his fur is soft. Despite whatever else he's been through, Ginge is looking for a loving family to share his affection and charm. His smoochy nature and love for belly rubs make him an irresistible companion who will melt your heart with every purr.
Ginge has a unique story that adds an extra layer to his already charismatic personality. He recently underwent a hind-leg amputation due to a severe fracture, making him a courageous tripod kitty. Don't let that fool you, though—Ginge's spirit is as strong as ever, and he’s adapted remarkably well to getting around on three legs. Your home will be brighter the moment Ginge walks (or hops) into your life.
This affectionate feline thrives on human companionship and will likely follow you around, seeking out attention and cuddles. Ginge is the kind of cat who will curl up next to you on the couch, content with a gentle belly rub or two. His loving nature makes him a perfect fit for an environment where he can receive all the love he so willingly gives.
After a tough few weeks, Ginge is ready for a new chapter filled with warmth, comfort, and endless snuggles. If you’re looking for a kitty who has not only beauty but also an unwavering spirit and a loving heart, Ginge is ready to become the affectionate addition to your family that you've been searching for.
Medical notes
Due to a tragic accident, Ginge sustained a severe, irreparable fracture to his hind leg.
Our team of veterinarians have surgically amputated his limb, and he is bouncing back nicely! Learning how to balance and walk is coming in natural for this kitty, and we dont foresee any ongoing complications once healed.
Ginge is also an FIV Positive Kitty, meaning that he has a common viral condition. We are more than happy to discuss further with interested families, and would recommend that he is adopted into a family as an only cat, or with other FIV positive (or vaccinated) cats.
