Heffalump is looking for a country life and enjoys staying home and hanging with his squad. Happy to sleep and fart under your feet all day or sunbaking on the deck.
Loves a snuggle in bed but will sleep wherever you tell him to.

Heffalump is deaf so recall is only possible if he sees you. He does tend to bark loudly and in faces to communicate and play with other dogs. It can be confronting for new dogs, but they soon get the hang of his style. He has been in foster care with all kinds of dogs from Maltese puppies to medium staffy's, kelpies and bigger dogs. The one who is most playful with him is the Maltese.

Heffalump is a LOT of dog. Because he’s so big he can be a lot for kids so if his new home has kids we think 12yo + would be best. At his current foster home, he is relaxed and just rolls with life. But in public places he can be over-stimulated and barks a lot. Cars, people, dogs. It is clearly not a happy place for him so we are ideally looking for a home where he will find enough stimulation without having to go for walks.
