About Buck
Let me introduce Buck!! He is a delightful, happy-go-lucky pup, who is soooo pleased to be in foster care with us at Animal Welfare League, Moree.
He was advertised, along with his littermates as FREE on Facebook….yep, ugh, we know.
Unfortunately for the rest of the litter, they were given away, but, no-one wanted the smallest, skinniest, flea ridden little fella.
Along came our carer who brought him home, gave him a flea treatment and a warm bath. She wormed him and started feeding him good quality puppy food.
She named him Buck and loved him. In a very short time skinny little Buck began to look and feel better. All the worms were expelled and the nutrition in his body began to fill him out.
He is now the happiest little guy who is busting to find his own family. He is a smart little pup who is a quick learner (his mother was a cattle dog and father, we believe was a roving Labrador that was often seen in the area.)
Buck loves to play, either with the other dogs at his carers home, or the cats, kids or toys. Oh and if there happens to be a paddling pool with a little water? It’s his favourite thing!
He sleeps and eats well and is on the way to being completely toilet trained.
Please note, we are located in Moree, northern NSW.
If you are the successful adopter, you would need to drive to collect Buck, or organise and pay for pet road transport.
Medical notes
