Well hello! My name is Athena and I am the goddess of wisdom.

Not only am I wise beyond my years, but I am very, very gentle and caring. When I first arrived at my foster home with four young pups in tow, I was a very shy and timid pooch. Now just check out my smile! I have learnt that the world is an amazing place full of people who will shower me with love... and love is definitely something that I am happy to return in full.

There are still a few things that I am building confidence in, but I will get there. I am happiest in my own safe place... home. I am still nervous about going for a walk. Oh, I am not at all worried about wearing a harness or the lead, just the unfamiliar things that are beyond my yard. With love and understanding, I know that I can overcome my nervousness and enjoy even more that the world has to offer. I really am happiest cuddling up with my person and feeling that warm, fuzzy feeling you get when someone cares about you.

After raising my pups and helping them to find their own perfect families, it's now my turn to find my very own family to love me. Will you give me the love I am looking for?

I am very sociable and enjoy playing with both larger and smaller dogs. I do find teeny little fluffy dogs and cats very odd creatures though, don't you? The crazy Jack Russells in my foster home are just my kind of dog... oh and my best friend sharpei x Boop who is also looking for her forever home; she is a bit bigger than me but plays and plays with me until we are both worn out.
