Introducing CHUMBOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

This charming gentleman was sadly surrendered to our shelter after his owners were no longer able to look after him. He was pretty scared when he initially arrived here at The Home and was very stressed in the shelter.

One of our wonderful foster carers took on the task of showing Chumbo that we all just want to offer him love and safety. He opened up and showed everyone a completely new side of him in his foster home and his foster family had the most wonderful things to say about him!

After he is given an opportunity to warm up and get to know the people around him, Chumbo is the cutest, most lovable little clingy pup you'll ever meet! He loves to follow his humans around the home, quietly waiting for you to give him some love and attention.

Despite his older age, Chumbo still LOVES his walks and gets very very excited when its time to go out and explore the outside world. As the day comes to a close, he loves snuggling up next to you and will be the happiest dog ever if he can squeeze into bed with you at night. He's also a total sleepyhead in the morning, always hoping you'll stay in bed just a little longer with him.

Chumbo loves the company of other doggies that are well-matched to him in terms of energy levels, and enjoys playing with other dogs when he's out and about!

For the most part, this little man is pretty calm and brings so much joy and comfort to anyone around him. Life with Chumbo is pure happiness!
