About Posy
Would you like a Posy in your pocket? Posy is a two-year-old female Border Collie.
This gorgeous smiley girl could be for you. She longs to be your bestest friend and by your side for life and adventures.
Posy settles in her crate each night without incident, sometimes taking herself off to bed if it's been a big day out. She has learned to sit and wait for her food, and to calmly enter the house. Her recall is improving and she is a great road trip companion, or foot warmer if you work from home.
This girl needs a minute or two, when meeting other dogs, before settling in with a game of tug or a good wrestle. She enjoys a game of chase rather than fetch and prefers to smell all the things on dry land rather than dip her toes in the water.
Posy is very gentle with young children. She isn't suited to a home with chickens, pocket pets or cats.
Posy is a young dog, a quick learner and eager to please. This princess and her beautiful soft long locks, enjoy a nice brush and is best suited to a home that can maintain her grooming. She will need a family willing to continue her training to ensure she is mentally and physically stimulated.

To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
