Patches is a very handsome big boy. He's quite quirky and loves attention, having his head scratched, and loves being brushed, but he also likes his independence so copes well if you work. He is an affectionate boy once he settles in, and can be quite chatty when called to eat or for a pat. Patches isn't a fan of being picked up.

Patches will tolerate a gentle dog when he's had a gradual, supervised introduction, although would ideally prefer a home without canine distractions! He likely wouldn't be comfortable with young children as he can be quite skittish if any sudden moves are made towards him. An adult home or one with older family members would be ideal. He gets on fine with his carer's cat.

Patches loves sleeping on the bed. This quite regal fellow will make a wonderful companion as he enjoys being near and hanging out with you.

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, F3 vaccination, flea and worm treatment, microchip - including the transfer of ownership - and sterilisation.

ADOPTION DETAILS
To apply to adopt, please complete a SAFE Cat Adoption Enquiry Form via our website. You will be advised if your chosen cat is still available and then put in contact with the carer for a chance to ask further questions. If a meet-and-greet is then arranged, we will email the adoption paperwork and payment instructions to you prior to this. Please note payment must be made before adoption trial starts and we are unable to take cash payment.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen cat is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
