Meet Frankfurt, an irresistible blend of Maremma and Border Collie, who's sure to capture your heart with his endearing personality. As an intelligent mix of two distinct, incredible breeds, he would be ideally suited to a home on a large block of land or a farm where he has plenty of room to stretch his legs and satisfy his playful nature.

Frankfurt is affectionate and placid, endearing himself to everyone he meets with his calm demeanor and love for cuddles and kisses. He can be a bit shy in new environments, but that just adds to his charm. Once settled, he loves to show how super loving he is by nuzzling close and offering gentle licks of affection. Your heart will simply melt with his gentle nature, especially when kids are around. Frankfurt is a calm and soothing presence, making him a wonderful addition to any family with children.

Fraknfurt isn’t very keen on other canines, he may adapt with on going socialisation training but currently he only enjoys play dates with his siblings, his carers are working hard on his socialisation but we believe he’s actually scared of other dogs like he is scared of cats. He’s very active during the mornings and evenings, so ample playtime with toys, activities, and interactions with his human friends will keep him stimulated and happy. During the day, you’ll find that he's quite lazy, perfectly content to nap for long stretches. Sleep is never an issue, as he sleeps soundly through the night and is ready to recharge for another day of exploring and fun.

While Frankfurt is quick to learn and intelligent, he does have a fear of cats and would prefer a cat-free home. He also is not very keen or other dogs which causes him abit of anxiety based behaviours. His independent streak means he loves spending time in the yard with his toys, exploring, and enjoying some me-time.
