About Archie
I am trying a new home to see if i like it. Archie is a very friendly and happy pug who loves nothing more then human attention, especially when it entails curling up on his foster carer's lap at any given opportunity! archie is also very fond of his doggy friends and plays endlessly with pedro, a staffy x puppy and fellow paws rescue! it is hard to believe that such a lovely dog could be surrendered however archie's future is bright and her looks forward to a forever home where his new family will love and care for him unconditionally. The best home for archie will be with people who either work from home or with a family who have a 'stay at home' mum. And of course archie would also like another small dog to play with when his new family are busy with other things. Archie loves going for walks and is very eager to learn. His foster carer is teaching him basic commands and he is like a little sponge soaking it all up so his carer thinks he will soon be the perfect pug! archie goes to the local off leash park and is doing very well, never straying far from his foster carer. He also enjoys watching tv and getting highly involved with whatever is going on! when archie was a young dog he developed a bladder stone which was surgically removed and he was put on a diet of royal canin biscuits which, being a pug, he eats up quite willingly and this is to prevent any further reoccurrence of the stones. Archie is house trained and is a well behaved boy with a low maintenance coat that will require a weekly brush to minimise shedding and facial folds that will need to be cleaned every few days. He is a house dog and must always have access to the house via a doggy door or similar as pugs must always be kept warm in winter and cool in summer. Archie's new family will indeed be blessed to have such a beautiful and joyous pug in their lives!
archie comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, on heartworm prevention and with nsw local council lifetime registration for $400 and is not available for adoption outside nsw.
