About Lulu
Meet Lulu: A Sweet, Sensitive Soul in Search of Her Forever Home
While Lulu's exact age is unknown she is thought to be around 2 years old. Lulu had a rough start but is now looking for a peaceful, loving home where she can settle down for good.
Somehow this sweet girl ended up in the garbage and was found trapped at a waste facility. After spending a whole month at the pound, Furry Friends rescued her and transported her to Brisbane. Understandably, after all she had been through, it took 2 - 3 weeks for Lulu to feel safe enough to venture out of hiding in her foster home. Since then she has slowly increased her confidence and now hangs with the family all the time. She and loves to get up on the couch every night for snuggles and affection. It's beautiful to see her now confident enough to seek the love and affection she was scared to seek in the early days.
Lulu will need a special adopter, someone who can take time with her to let her know she is safe and loved and doesn't need to be frightened.
Lulu had one failed adoption, but she is still hopeful she will find the right family—one that will give her the time and space she needs to truly feel safe and loved. We would love her next home to be her forever home.
Lulu is great with other cats and dogs. She is ok with kids, she is a little scared of them and prefers to keep her distance from little people and would probably prefer an adults only home.
She especially loves curling up on laps and will reward you with purring and sweet moments of connection. She also has a cute habit of poking her little tongue out when she's kneading or getting comfy.
Please contact Furry Friends for more information on how you can meet and adopt this sweet, deserving girl.
