About Luna
Let us tell you about the lonely life of lovely Lyla....
Lyla has lived a life where she was left for 12 hours a day in a small backyard. After that time, when her family returned home, she was not allowed inside to spend time with them. Can you imagine how this feels, for a sentient being who thrives with companionship & love. Living in social isolation for so long, you would think that this would have damaged her, but she is an amazingly optimistic, happy, outgoing girl.
She needs to know what it's like to be a very important member of the family & we are looking for a home where she will be included in family life & activities. She is a sociable girl & enjoys the company of other dogs very much. Her play-style can be quite boisterous as she makes up for lost time so a suitable dog match for her would need to be able to match her in play.
She now goes for daily walks & is loving snuffling through the leaves soaking up all the fabulous outdoor smells. Again, this is something she has missed out on & letting dogs sniff is vital to their well-being as it reduces stress & anxiety & helps them to relax.
Lyla would like a top-notch diet, secure fencing, some toys & heaps of love - all to keep her happy, healthy & safe.
Lyla just wants a loving home - it's that simple & we believe that she would fit into most places. She is easy-going, undemanding & an absolute sweetheart. Let's find Lyla the life she deserves :)
