About Minnie
*In foster care in Kensington, Sydney*
Is Minnie the cutest kitty to ever live? Her foster family certainly thinks so - and we think you will too!
This tiny tortie is a relentless play machine, who gives great 'suspicious eyes' when posing for photos :) Her most cuddly self comes out when she's in nap mode, where she's guaranteed to melt into a purry puddle with a nice head rub and tail scratch.
Minnie can take some time to get comfortable and show her adorable true colours, but patience (and treats) will be all you need to gain her trust - and once you've got it, you'll have a brand-new best friend by your side!
Like all Maggie's pets, Minnie is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: When I dream of my forever home, I imagine another awesome cat to bond with - so that would be my first big wish! But at the end of the day all I really need to thrive and flourish is lots of love and care. If I am to be an only kitty, I'd be really grateful if my humans were around quite a bit, as I do appreciate company and cuddles.
You'll also need to be patient and understanding with me as I settle in, because it will probably be a process - but I promise you'll be rewarded with a lifetime of love!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Kitten! If I'm not playing hard with my foster siblings, I'm napping hard (hopefully in a warm lap).
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Being so small, I think I'd be happiest in a home with kids who understand how to be gentle and respect my space. Children aged 5+ will likely be best.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love my foster siblings so much, even if they find me a bit annoying at times (they can be such grumps!). My foster brother liked me straight away, but I had to work a little harder to get my foster sister on side (now I’m her favourite!). I adore playing with them and trying to sidle up to them at cuddle time.
I haven’t been tested with dogs, but I'd possibly be fine with smaller-sized pups who are good with cats.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
