About Darcie
Meet Darcie – Our Bull Terrier Mix Girl.
Darcie is a big puppy at about 18 months old.
She is a sweet and loving girl with lots of energy who loves to run and play.
She has been around children and is very sweet and gentle.
Darcie is a very loyal dog who generally likes to stay close to her person but when out and about running free she can sometimes get a bit silly.
Her recall is good but she does sometimes forget to listen so a bit more work is needed there !
Darcie is wonderful with big and small dogs and has experienced cats with no issues at all.
She is polite on the lead but will sometimes bark when she is nervous and can be shy with new people, however with gentle reassurance and correction, she soon stops and settles.
She will happily run along beside a bike or be good on lead if you run.
Darcie is happy to sleep inside or outside on her bed with another dog for company.
She is really good in the car has been on outing to the beach and currently is living on a horse property.
Darcie is a beautiful dog who would be best suited to an active single, couple or family that would give her big runs to get out excess energy and continue her training.
True to her Bull Terrier genes she is an energetic, comical little clown who loves to play and cuddle – but she will only thrive in a home that is committed to her ongoing training.
Darcie is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is up to date with her flea and worm treatments.
She is in foster care at Cooroibah on the Sunshine Coast and her adoption fee is $595.

1. Browse Our Selection: Visit our Animals page and use the menu to view the various pets we have available. Choose between cats and dogs to narrow your search.
2. Expression of Interest: Found a pet that captures your heart? Reach out to us for an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to initiate the process.
3. Patience is a Virtue: We meticulously review every EOI to ensure each animal goes to the right home. Thank you for your patience during this critical stage.
4. Meet Your Potential Pet: If your EOI is approved, we'll organise a Meet & Greet session. It’s a great opportunity for both you and the animal to see if it’s a perfect match.
5. Adoption Application & Home Review: If you're ready to move forward, you'll need to complete our adoption application and agree to a home review.
6. Review & Approval: Your application and home review will be assessed to guarantee a secure, loving environment for your potential pet.
7. Adoption Fee: Upon approval, you'll be required to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee. This fee directly supports our animal care efforts.
8. Welcome Home: Once the fee is processed, we'll coordinate the special day when you can bring your new pet home.
