About Meowtini
Meet Meowtini: The Feline Socialite!
Introducing Meowtini, a fabulous and fun-loving cat who brings the spirit of a lively cocktail party wherever she goes! With a personality as sparkling as her name, Meowtini is the ultimate socialite, always ready for an adventure-whether it's mingling with her human friends or having a playful romp around the house. She's the kind of cat who makes every day feel like a celebration, and her friendly, approachable nature instantly wins over everyone she meets.
Meowtini thrives on being the center of attention and loves nothing more than being surrounded by people. She's a pro at cozying up for cuddles on the couch, and she will happily snuggle up for movie nights or keep you company during a quiet evening in. She's incredibly affectionate and will always be there to greet you with a warm purr or a cheeky nuzzle, making every moment together special.
This delightful girl is also great with kids aged 6 and older, especially those who appreciate her affectionate nature and love to shower her with attention. Meowtini is equally sociable with other cats, enjoying the company of her fellow felines with grace and charm. She's the kind of kitty who knows how to get along with everyone-human or animal!
If you're looking for a furry companion who is always ready to bring joy, laughter, and a little bit of glamour to your home, Meowtini is the cat for you. She's an all-around awesome girl who will make every day feel like a fun night out with friends. So, grab a glass (or a catnip toy) and raise a toast to the fabulous life of Meowtini!
To book a meet and greet with Meowtini please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
