Hola, meet Diego!

Diego is such a loveable, funny and affectionate little boy. He is an all-round Pawsome little dude.

Since Diego came into foster care he has learnt what being loved and cared for is all about, therefore all he needs now is a family to call his own. A family or individual that will welcome him into their home and offer him a lifetime of love. In return he will give you his heart and love you fur-ever.

Diego is crate trained, sleeps throughout the night (cuddled up to his soft teddies). He is clever and eager to please, having already mastered the art of “sit”, and 70% of the time stays and comes when he is called. He still needs work on toilet training. Given his young age, he is still learning and will need patience, guidance and consistency to thrive.

He loves going for walks, playing fetch, plays tug a war with his foster brothers and sunbaking in the sun.

Diego is currently living with and plays well with his 2 foster fur brothers, and he plays well with the neighbours young dog. Diego loves to start his day off by running into his human teenage siblings room to wake them up by giving them lots of kisses and cuddles.

Diego’s adoption fee is $700, which includes desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.

Diego is in foster care in Eleebana, Lake Macquarie, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when he's 5 to 6 months old.
