Rescued from a rural pound, Buddy has flourished in foster care and is now ready for his forever home. He adores people and absolutely shines with other dogs — he plays gently, respects boundaries, and truly thrives with a canine companion. For this reason, Buddy is looking for a home with another friendly dog.

Buddy is toilet trained, loves his walks, and is happy to relax at home on his own when you’re out. He’s also the perfect sidekick for adventures like Sunday markets, soaking up the sights and attention.

Buddy will need a patient home willing to give him the time and space he needs to fully settle in. While he bonds deeply with his people, he can take a little while to decompress and can be selective about who he lets into his circle. He’ll thrive with someone who can set gentle boundaries while also giving him kindness, patience, and understanding. With the right balance, Buddy shows his true self — a loyal, loving companion with plenty of charm to share.
