About Banjo
Meet our big boofhead, Banjo!
Banjo is a playful, fun-loving boy who simply adores treats and fetch with his ball.
He is reasonably well-mannered and has already mastered his 'sit' and 'drop' whilst in care - he will do just about anything for a treat!
Banjo is friendly and social with other dogs. He is also good with kids, but due to his size and energy, like any dog, we recommend supervision when he interacts with children.
We believe Banjo would do well in a multiple-dog home following a meet & greet so he can get used to his new furry family members.
The information provided about the dogs in our care is based on our experiences at our facility. We have not assessed them with small children or other pets, and we are unaware of their basic obedience or leash skills. It's important to note that dogs from an unknown background may lack environmental exposure or socialisation. They may also lack basic manners, obedience, or even knowledge of their given name. We ask that you remain open-minded and provide them with a loving home, training, and guidance to become a loving family pet.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.

Adoption details
Follow the link on any of our adoption animals' PetRescue profiles to be directed to the Wollongong City Council website. From there, scroll to the bottom of the animal's online profile to complete an adoption application. Once received, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your application and suitability for your preferred animal.
If we deem the animal to be suitable for your home and lifestyle, an in-person meet and greet may be organised. Should your meet and greet be a success, you can take your new furry friend home that day or following their desexing surgery. Our team will manage all your animal's paperwork, including ownership and vaccination documentation.
