Amber

Amber is an isa brown, who was surrendered to the pound when a neighbour complained. She is still a young girl who is ready to start producing eggs (however we'd rather this was considered a bonus to adopting her, rather than the main reason). She still needs to gain condition as she arrived very thin, but has a healthy appetite and it wont be long before she is looking great. Amber is coming along well with being tamed. She will eat out of your hand, and is used to being put to bed every night. Her favourite thing is to locate a compost heap and scratch for worms. She's also very good at eating curly grubs (which are very bad for plant roots). Amber can also drink out of a dripper bottle, which ensures she has a constant supply of clean water.
